We are our own worst critic, and while a site redesign and rebrand was long over due for Stink Studios, we spent months on ideation and development to ensure that we'd be happy with this brand and site for years to come.
As a producer, it was my job to lead review sessions and manage feedback from key stakeholders to ensure that our internal teams were on track. I managed content integration as well as created in-depth documentation to be shared with the global offices for future updates. I planned our development sprints as design was approved and managed both internal and external QA Workflows. After launch, I continued to run point on any maintenance or update requests for over a year.
